Service from beginning to end was excellent. I was greeted immediately and my vehicle was checked in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and drinks available. This was my first service visit for my new vehicle. The service was completed in a timely manner. My wait time was not long at all; it was actually shorter than I expected (and had planned). Also, my salesman saw me and recognized me when I arrived. He made a point to visit with me and make sure all was well. Truly a great experience

I arrived a little before 7:00 for my appointment that was at 7:00. We pulled in told the guy what we were there for and we went inside. We sat inside for over two hours without being told anything. Then we were told that they were finalizing everything and then would give us a price. We were told that the total for everything was almost $16,000. Then we were told it would be about $4,000 for the minor stuff. When then asked how much just for the two tires and an alignment. We were told he would have to get those prices and he would get back to us. Now if he has already gave us a total of almost $16,000 then why couldn't he give us a total for that right then and there? I made the mistake of looking online to see what used cars were on the lot. One of the sales people called and instead of talking to us about the used car we looked at he was trying to sell us a new car. Now he had been talking to the service people because he knew what they had told us the total was. So I'm not sure what the play was. If they were dragging us along to try and get us to buy a new car or what. The sales person came back with some numbers that we couldn't afford. He then asked a weird question of if we went to jail today who would we call. Now this was an odd question for someone to ask. Anyways, we sat there for over 5 hours to be given a book of everything that was supposedly wrong with the car and nothing was even done to the car. They didn't even offer to order the parts that were needed or even asked if we wanted them to. The only good thing was he didn't charge us a diagnostic fee. Which he himself admitted he didn't mention it in the beginning so that was part of the reason he didn't charge us. We have used y'all for years and this was by far the worst experience we have had. We felt like we wasted 5 hours of our day for nothing. When we got home we looked over what they gave us and things that we know are wrong with the car wasn't even on the list. So that makes us think they were just putting whatever down.

Everyone was very nice but they would never call me back. I had recall work done on my airbag but the light says it still needs to be serviced. It took 2.5 weeks to get a new door panel replaced. I had to call every day or two to get an update because Zack kept saying he would call and let me know but he didn’t call a single time. I will not be back there for any reason.

Lack of communication, service was lengthy and no vehicle was offered in return. Finally after constantly asking was given a loaner vehicle . They are now trying to say I'm responsible, but no damage occurred while said vehicle was in my possession and a day later and after it was signed off as ok I don't understand

Since the first phone call months ago he's been so positive and professional. Everyone has been great but I can't say enough about Dominique. He's made the car buying experience stress free for us. He first offered us water, attentively listened to us, was patient, also honest, told us our options, took us to look at and test drive, then we made our choice. I'm normally not one to respond to reviews unless service is beyond excellent because it's easy for me to pick up on real personality vs the work face. Any salesman can sale but some things can't be taught because they're either in you or not and Dominique has it. The negotiations were great, however the delivery of the vehicle not so much. The vehicle was delivered to me filthy dirty, not prepped for delivery, there were a couple of chips in the paint and lots of swirl scratches, like it had been ran through an automatic car wash. There were also greasy hand prints on the dash that won’t come off no matter what I use to remove them. When I reported the issues to the dealership, they were dismissive. I am still waiting to hear back about what they are going to do to make it right.

I called after lunch because I hadn't heard anything from them. They gave me an extremely high price to fix it. I went and picked my car up and took it elsewhere for half the price. The Team at Crain Chevrolet Little Rock was God sent. We had been dealing with Everett Chevrolet in Benton who failed to listen to what we needed to do. The General Manager, nor Sales Manager once came and introduced themselves or spoke with us. They were merely shadows behind the sales consultant. I politely asked for the keys to my Jeep and went to my car. I began communications with Crain Chevrolet. I asked them to have a Sales Manager call me and that is exactly what happened. Devon called me and I explained that we were purchasing a Tahoe Premier that day and we had two quality trade ins. I told him where we wanted to be financially. He started working on it and communicated with me as he did. My husband walked up to the Sales Desk and asked them if they really wanted to lose our business to Crain. My husband brought their numbers to me and I explained that I really didn't want to do business with them at this point. We decided we would go to to lunch and talk through the situation. Devon kept communicating with me about our trades and the vehicle I wanted. We decided we were going to give Crain Chevrolet an opportunity and I told Devon we were on our way. He met us in the parking lot and had the vehicle pulled up front for us. He introduced us to Hunter Lundsford who he said was his best sales consultant. He explained he had to go into a meeting but that we would be taken care of. Then we met Christian Crain, the owner. He walked outside with us and asked what we liked about the vehicle and got to know us. We told him we were purchasing a new vehicle and downsizing from two because we were being called to ministry and we were getting our finances in place. He told us about his foundation and all the partnerships they were working with and we told him about Whispering Hope, the ministry we are being called to and will hopefully soon be joining. The team cleaned the vehicle with so much care and did everything to get to the number that we asked for. Christian himself structured our deal and came and was completely transparent in being off by $1,121.00. He asked if we could accept that number if he made a donation of $5000.00 to Whispering Hope from his foundation. We both stood up and said "Done!" They got our financing done and before Christian left he gave us his personal contact information and asked if we could send him the tax information for the donation. We asked if he would personally present the donation to the Executive Director of Whispering Hope on September 26. 2025 when they fly into Little Rock from Georgia to meet with us? He said he would be glad to. He copied us on the email where he has already made the request for a check to be issued. Scott and I left Crain Chevrolet that day with the vehicle we wanted, financing we asked for, and Blessed to have met the Team at Crain Chevrolet, I-30 Little Rock. We will carry this Blessing in loyalty to everyone we meet. We will spread the Blessings of going above and beyond for their customers to everyone. Everett Chevrolet in Benton should counsel their slogan their team and remind them of their goal of being "Customer Friendly". #CrainChevroletLittleRockLoyal

They claim to have fixed my car but it’s not and I addressed it but still nothing. It’s an insurance claim that is very well paid for and definitely not by the dealership so why not fix it when it’s paid to do so. I lost control of my car cuz the same struts allegedly nothing wrong with has my car sliding when hitting little bumps. My whole backend is shifting while the front passenger making popping sounds. So at this point I’m definitely taking it to Bale Chevrolet where I know will get the job done.

I came in with car giving the Stabilitrack error and shifting light not working. I waited over 3 hrs only to be told I needed a new transmission. No other diagnostic alternatives were even discussed even though there could be other issues that would give that error. I asked if error could be cleared and was informed that it was but would probably come back on which I was fine with. However, when I started vehicle the error was still there. Not very happy with my experience this time with Crain Chevrolet.

Terrible experience to the point that im becoming not satisfied with my vevehicle. I traded off my 2013 Nissan Altima paid for to get my Buick Envision on November 24,2025. Still havent recieved my signed contract documents in the mail and I got a alert from OnStar stating a situation with my battery 1 week after having it. Took my truck to have it looked at and Zack in services told me not to worry about the alerts from OneStar the battery maybe mild functioning because of the weather change. Long as it's nothing on my dash; meaning the battery symbol, then I shouldn't worry about it. Without having my battery even looked at. Come 12-16-2025 i took my truck for Anthony to help me program my myBuick app and I mentioned to him that i had got that alert again about my battery. He told me before I left he was gonna get them to put it on the machine to check it and he did just that. Come to find out my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. They tired to come at me with i had to pay for it but I ran that by Zack and my sales person Joshua and some how it got taken care of. But thats not it, when receiving my invoice receipt the next day about the services, yes I reads every line to the last word on stuff thats important. I see there was filters that needed to be replaced that they wrote in comments that I was aware of but I declined. Meaning they mentioned it to me when they didnt and I declined the services. So I called to speak with someone in services yesterday, she hung up on me, called my sales person Joshua and he was suppose to have got back with me yesterday after stating he was gonna go talk with his manager about getting a time and day scheduled for me to come in for service. Still I haven't and didnt receive no call back. So at this moment I want to speak with corporate or someone in the higher position cause this is not fair. I moved off on my faith to get this vehicle trading in my vehicle that was paid for. Yes my vehicle had problems but if I was gonna get played like this I could of kept my car. Seems like they knew this vehicle had these problems and they think im gonna wait til the warranty expire to get the repairs done so I have to pay for it. So can someone please reach out to me. Otherwise im about to console qorh a lawyer about this matter
